RNRL to shift base to Goa, raises FII limit to 74 pc
Mumbai, Mar 2 (UNI) Reliance Natural Resources Ltd (RNRL), a Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group company, has proposed the shifting of its Registered Office from Mumbai to Goa.
Informing the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said it has proposed to raise the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) limit in the company to 74 per cent of the paid up capital.
Further, it informed that it also proposed to increase the authorised share capital of the company to Rs 1,500 crore from 650 crore.
The members have been asked to reply on the proposals on or before March 29, and the final decision will be taken by March 31.
