NCDEX records volume worth Rs 3,983 cr

Mumbai, Mar 2 (UNI) At least 559 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in the trading worth Rs 3,983 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 1,01,630 trades put through by them. Active trades were high in guarseeds, chana, sugar, lemon tur, refined soy oil and urad.

Yesterday, about 594 members participated in trading and put through 94,730 trades. The volume of trading till 2330 hrs was around Rs 3,961 (one way).

Active trades were high in urad, chana, guarseeds, lemon tur, gold and refined soy oil, a NCDEX release here stated.
