Licensed weapons stolen from UP police station

Fatehpur, Mar 2 (UNI) Unidentified man have looted three licensed weapons from a police station in this central Uttar Pradesh district last night, police said today.

They said the criminals broke open the locks of the Ashothar police station storehouse here and decamped with three licensed weapons.

On getting the information of the incident, SP (Fatehpur) Vir Bahadur Singh reached the police station and immediately sent to lines the station officer of Ashothar PS, besides suspending three constables.

Further investigations were on.
