J K government sanctions Anganwari centres for Kashmiri migrants
Jammu, Mar 2 (UNI) The Jammu and Kashmir government has sanctioned 87 Anganwari centres for Kashmiri migrants living in the different camps and localities of Jammu division.
This was stated by Social Welfare Minister Haji Nissar Ali in the assembly here while replying to a question raised by Mr Peer Mohammad Hussain. He said six out of 87 Anganwari workers and one out of 52 such helpers selected so far belong to Shangus constituency.
The Minister assured Mr Raman Matoo, M Y Trigami and Mian Altaf Ahmad on their supplementry questions of examining the suggestions put forth by them in the House with regard to arranging sufficient facilities for housing Anganwari centres in migrant camps.
