Jamnagar, Mar 2 (UNI) A local court today sent Mustafa Majnu Sheikh, an accused in the RDX landing case, to Porbander on a transfer warrant.

Porbander police had sought his possession for questioning.

Mustafa and co-accused Ezaz Pathan who were both in a Mumbai jail in connection with the Mumbai blasts case, had been brought to Jamnagar last month on a transfer warrant to be produced before the court of Additional Sessions Judge N S Vora to be tried in the RDX case.

Pathan would be sent back to Mumbai jail tomorrow.

Another two accused--Ejju Sheikh and Amir Bandookwala--were brought from Vadodara Jail on transfer warrants last week.

They will be back in Vadodara as their remand period expired today.

According to the prosecution, the four accused were allegedly involved in what is now known as RDX landing case, prior to the infamous Mumbai serial blasts case.

So far, 70 out of total of 142 accused have been arrested in the case, several of them under Terrorist and Disruptive Activities Act.

Mammumiyan Punjumiyan was the landing agent who had received the consignment at the Gosabara, a minor port, in the adjoining Porbandar district.
