New Delhi, Mar 1 (UNI) The Delhi High Court today issued notices to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and Government of National Capital Territory (NCT) for steps to be taken to improve the health of animals in different 'Gaushalas' here.

Issuing the notice, a division bench comprising Justices Vijender Jain and S N Aggarwal asked the authority concerned to file their reply on March 8, the next date of hearing.
