Three youths killed in two separate road accidents

Rajkot, Feb 27 (UNI) Three persons were killed and two others seriously injured in two separate road accidents in Rajkot district yesterday.

According to the police, two motorcycle-borne youths were killed when their vehicle collided with a truck in the city. Yusufbhai (32) and Aminbhai (34) died instantaneously, the police said.

In the second incident, a youth was killed and two others seriously injured when their Maruti car overturned near Gomta, about 30-km from here.

The occupants of the ill-fated car were going to Jetpur from Gomta when their vehicle dashed against a tree and overturned, they said, adding the deceased was identified as Dilip Makwana (22).
