Two constables hurt in encounter
Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, Feb 26 (UNI) Two Nagaland Police constables were injured today in an encounter with naxals near Bastar district's Bodli village and a couple of rebels were suspected to have been killed, police said.
The personnel were airlifted to Raipur by helicopter and security personnel were searching the area adjoining the site.
On February 24, extremists damaged a powerline in the area. State Electricity Board employees were being escorted by police for repairing the line when the ultras ambushed the team.
