Three boys drowned in AP village

Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, Feb 26 (UNI) Three boys drowned while swimming in a pool of water at a quarry pit near Vejandla village in the district, police today said.

The teenaged boys, students of a high school in Vejandla village, were returning to their Suddapalli village yesterday. On the way, they went for a swim in the quarry pit filled with water.

All the three were caught in the slush and died, police said.
