Rio inaugurates Sekrenyi festival

Kohima, Feb 26 (UNI) Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio inaugurated the Sekrenyi festival at the tourist village of Touphema, 50 km from here, yesterday.

The three-day-long festival of the Angami tribe would feature colourful traditional dances, songs and indigenous games, which would be exhibited all over the state by the tribe.

Mr T L Angami, chairman of Naga customary court, was also present on the occasion.
