Patna, Feb 26 (UNI) Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee(BPCC) today took strong exception to the alleged non co-operation of the state government with the Justice Sachar Commission appointed by the Union government to assess the status of Muslim community.

Party's Chief spokesman Kripanath Pathak alleged that Chief Miniter Nitish Kumar was trying to project a secular image by making tall promises to the Muslims, but did not spare time to discuss the minority issues with the Justice Sachar commission during its three- day visit to Bihar.

Mr Pathak lamented that Justice Sachar did not get co-operation from the officials of the state government. He said that despite his efforts, the meeting with the Chief Minister did not materialise.
