Motorcycle hits tipper-lorry, 3 youths dead

Villupuram, Tamil Nadu, Feb 26 (UNI) Three teenage students were killed when the motorcycle on which they were travelling hit an oncoming lorry this morning.

Police said Khivaraj (17), Gopinath (17) and Vijayanand (17) were heading to Brahmadesam from Tindivanam in this district when their motorcycle dashed against the tipper-lorry at Endiyur.

The victims were taken to the Tindivanam Government Hospital for post-mortems. Lorry driver Veeramurhty was arrested.
