M O P have it easy, SAAP overcomes hiccups

Vijayawada, Feb 26 (UNI) The women's team from M O P Vaishnav College, Chennai continued their winning streak in the league encounters when they registered a facile 3-0 win over Vizag's Sai Sports Training Centre (STC) in the 12th Parvathaneni Brahmmayya All India Volleyball Tournament here late last night.

MOP outplayed STC 25-12, 25-20, 25-23 in Group 'B'.

In the men's section, SAAP Hyderabad after losing the second set to Al-Ameen College, Bangalore staged a comeback to win 25-23, 21-25, 25-18, 25-14 in Group 'B '.
