Govt allocates Rs 10,000 crore for projects in budget
Samalkote, East Godavari Andhra Pradesh Feb 26 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister K Rosaiah today said the Government has allocated Rs 10,000 crore for irrigation projects in the budget.
Talking to newspersons here he said allocations were made in the budget under "Indiramma" scheme and 30 projects would be completed at a cost of Rs 45,000 crore.
Mr Rosaiah said the Government had taken efforts to improve the industries in Hyderabad, Visakapatnam, Vijayawada and Kakinada.
The minister laid the foundation stone for developmental works at a cost of Rs 1.5 crore.
