LISBON, Feb 25: Chelsea defender Paulo Ferreira has been added to Portugal's squad for their World Cup warm-up with Saudi Arabia in Duesseldorf on Wednesday, the Portuguese Football Federation said today.
Ferreira's inclusion has increased to 19 the number of players in the squad named by coach Luiz Felipe Scolari on Thursday.
Portugal meet Angola, Mexico and Iran in Group D at the World Cup finals in Germany starting on June 9. Saudi Arabia are in Group H with Spain, Ukraine and Tunisia.
