Child injured in a blast

Hyderabad, 26 Feb (UNI) A blast took place in a dustbin near Brahmanapally village at Hayatnagar mandal on the outskirts of city today under mysterious circumstances. One child sustained injuries in the blast.

The police said the child, who was playing near the dustbin, was sent to the hospital for treatment. The police suspect that explosives used for blasting rocks must have been throw carelessly into the dust bin, which led to the explosion.

A case has been registered and an investigation was, underway, police added.
