Case filed against BJP MLA in UP

Pratapgarh, Feb 26 (UNI) A criminal complaint has been filed by former Samajwadi Party MP and subsequently a case registered against a BJP MLA and 19 others in this district of Uttar Pradesh.

Police Superintendent Prem Prakash said here today that in the complaint former SP MLA Chandra Nath Singh has alleged that Rajendra Pratap Singh, BJP MLA alongwith his supporters had abudcted some Kshetra Panchyat members last night and later misbehaved with him, when he tried to complain the matter to the police.

Acting on the complaint police filed a case against the BJL MLA.
