Royal Sundaram achieves one lakh motor insurance policies target

Mumbai, Feb 24 (UNI) Insurance major Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company has achieved the landmark of selling one lakh motor insurance policies under Maruti Insurance across the country.

Royal Sundaram is one of the four partners of Maruti Insurance which has already registered over two million car insurance policies with its four partners, stated a press release issued here today.

Royal Sundaram has achieved the landmark of one-lakh policies in just ten months of the current fiscal.

The Royal Sundaram-Maruti agreement was initiated in July 2004 and under the agreement between the two companies, Maruti Insurance customers have the advantage of a one-stop shop facility whereby settlement of claims is done directly by the dealer workshop where the vehicle is repaired.

Maruti Insurance also offers instant policy issuance, and seamless services of renewals, endorsements and claims at any Maruti authorised dealer outlet across India.
