Maoist attack led to huge loss in eco tourism: Jogesh Barman
Purulia, Feb 24 (UNI) West Bengal Minister-in-charge of Forest Jogesh Burman has severely criticised the Maoists for their "destructive attitude", which has resulted in the huge loss of eco-tourism in the state.
Addressing a rally at Surulia, on the outskirts of Purulia town last evening, he asked the villagers to protest against the acts of the Maoists.
Mr Nikhil Mukherjee, CPI (M) MLA, also criticised the Maoists for their acts in the state.
Earlier, Mr Burman inaugurated a reconstructed forest bungalow in Jhalda of Purulia district of south Bengal.
