KRBL raises USD 50 million

Mumbai, Feb 23 (UNI) The Delhi-based KRBL Ltd, producer of the India Gate brand of basmati rice, today said its USD 50-million Global Depository Receipt issue at Luxembourg Stock Exchange has opened on February 20.

The closing date for the GDR issue is February 24, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The lead manager of the company, Elara Capital Advisors Ltd for the GDR issue informed the company about the revised dates.
