Iran claims its latest retaliatory strikes against U.S. military bases across the Gulf have killed and wounded hundreds of American troops, though such figures remain unverified. The escalation follows a missile strike that Iranian authorities say hit a girls’ elementary school in Minab during the early phase of U.S.–Israeli operations, reportedly killing more than 160 children and civilians and sparking inte ational condemnation. Tehran says the incident prompted what it calls “revenge” attacks targeting American military infrastructure, including Al Dhafra Air Base in the UAE.
