One Rank One Pension: Government may announce the scheme today

The government of India is likely to announce One Rank Pension today. Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar is expected to make the statement. However the government is in favour of making the announcement today in a bid to end the stir undertaken by the veterans.Yesterday the veterans who have been protesting at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi said that they are not in favour of accepting the equalization clause of five years.
