Priority in Assam is to fight infiltration says BJP's Sonowal
Guwahati, May 19: The people of Assam were tired of the Congress says Sarbananda Sonowal, the BJP chief in the state. The BJP which is set to create history in Assam says that there has been a yearning for change.
Sonowal further said that the top priority for the BJP would be to fight against infiltration and unemployment. The rights of the citizens must be protected, an excited Sonowal also said.

He further credited the victory of the BJP to the hardwork by the party workers and also the partners. Everyone gets credit, he said. Apart from the fact that the people of Assam were fed up with the Congress, it is our strategy that has worked, Sonowal also informed.
The BJP will work for the welfare of the state. The priority would be to get all the people under one roof and work together, he also said.
He also said that the blessings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi had helped. With his continued blessings, we are hopeful of performing well and taking the state to new heights.
