U.S. CAPITOL ATTACK BREAKING: Police Clash With Gunman, Stop Massive Attack On U.S. Capitol

U.S. Capitol Police say a man parked near the U.S. Capitol, exited with a loaded shotgun, and ran toward the Capitol building this afte oon. Officers challenged him, ordered him to drop the weapon, and he complied and was taken into custody without injury. The suspect was wearing tactical gear, and a helmet and gas mask were found in his vehicle. Authorities are investigating the motive.
