Iran Israel War News: 10 MILLION Indians at Risk as Iran Missiles Hit UAE, Saudi | Evacuation Next?
Iran–US-Israel war has now spilled into the Gulf, triggering missile and drone strikes across multiple countries. After the February 28 strikes inside Iran that reportedly killed Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Tehran launched hundreds of retaliatory missiles and drones. Explosions have been reported in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi and Dubai, while Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar remain on high alert. Airspaces are closing, flights are suspended, and embassies are scaling back — tu ing a regional conflict into a full-blown crisis. The stakes are massive for India: 9–10 million Indians live across the Gulf — over 3.5 million in the UAE, nearly 2.5 million in Saudi Arabia, around 1 million in Kuwait, hundreds of thousands in Qatar, Oman and Bahrain, and about 10,000 in Iran, including 3,000 students. They send home more than $100 billion annually. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has chaired emergency security meetings, contingency plans are underway, and limited special flights have begun — but a full evacuation, if required, would be one of India’s biggest ever.
