The Vethalan Kavu Mahadeva Temple is located in Krishnapuram, near Kayamkulam in Alappuzha District, Kerala. It is one of the rarest temples where Lord Siva is worshipped as Vethala. The temple is situated about 3 km east of the famous Oachira Parabrahma temple.
