The Siddhivinayak Temple in Siddhatek is a revered Hindu shrine dedicated to Ganesha. The original temple, believed to be built by Vishnu, was lost over time. A cowherd rediscovered the deity, leading to its worship. The current structure was constructed in the late 18th century by Ahilyabai Holkar, a prominent temple builder.
Haripant Phadke, a Peshwa official, added the Nagarkhana and a paved path. The outer hall was rebuilt in 1970. The temple is managed by the Chinchwad Devasthan Trust, which oversees other Ashtavinayak temples.
