The Pandavatutar Perumal Temple is one of the oldest Vishnu temples in Kanchipuram. It was built during the Pallava period in the 8th century CE. The temple has inscriptions from the Chola period, including records of gifts and land purchases. The temple is maintained by the Hindu Religious and Endowment Board of Tamil Nadu.
