Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy Temple, dedicated to Lord Anjaneya Swamy, is a renowned temple located in Muthyumpeta village, Mallial mandal, Jagitial district, Telangana.It lies about 15 km from Jagtial and 35 km from Karimnagar.
The temple was originally built by a cowherd about 300 years ago. It was later renovated around 160 years ago by Krishna Rao Deshmukh. Along with the main deity, Anjaneya Swamy, the temple has Lord Venkateswara, Goddess Alwaarula, and Goddess Lakshmi.
Devotees believe that offering puja at the temple for 40 days can bless childless couples with a child. It is also believed that those suffering from mental disabilities or other health issues can find healing by performing puja for 40 days.
