The Hanuman Garhi Temple is a significant Hindu temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. It is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The temple's history dates back to the 10th century. In 1855, the Nawab of Awadh granted land revenue for its construction. This was during a time of dispute, but it was not related to the Ayodhya temple dispute. The temple has been under the care of Bairagi Mahants of the Ramanandi Sampradaya and Nirvani Akhara.
