Erakeswara Temple, a Saivite Hindu temple in Pillalamarri village, Suryapet district, Telangana, was built around 1208 CE by Erakasani, wife of Bēti Reddi of the Recherla family, feudatories of the Kakatiyas. Situated on the banks of the Musi River, it is one of four intricately carved stone and granite temples in the village. The other three, about 250 meters east, include the Nameswara and Trikuteswara Temples (both dedicated to Shiva) and the ruined Chennakesava Temple (Vishnu), dating back to the 12th–13th century.
Named after Erakasani, the temple means "lord of Eraka." Vandalized during Alauddin Khilji's Deccan raids in the early 14th century, it was restored in 1357 CE by a local chief under Kapaya Nayaka of the Musunuri Nayaka dynasty. Telugu inscriptions on-site detail its history, with records from 1195 CE mentioning Pratapa Rudra I and from 1208 CE referencing Ganapati Deva. Archaeologist Ghulam Yazdani surveyed the temple in 1926–1927.
