The five temples are: Bindu Madhava in Thuthipattu and Varanasi, Veni Madhava in Prayagraj, Kunti Madhava in Pithapuram, Sethu Madhava in Rameshwaram, and Sundara Madhava in Thiruvananthapuram. The Thuthipattu temple was renovated during the reign of King Krishna Deva Raya of the Vijayanagar kingdom and completed by Narasimha Ballala.
