The Bhutanatha group of temples, located in Badami, Karnataka, dates back to the 7th to 12th centuries. These temples are situated to the east of Agastya lake. The complex is divided into two subgroups: the East Bhutanatha group, built in the Dravida style during the 7th to 8th centuries, and the North Bhutanatha group, constructed in the Nagara style during the 11th to 12th centuries. The temples reflect the architectural skills of the Badami Chalukya and Kalyani Chalukya architects.
