The Ahmedabad Kali Bari temple was founded in 2014 by the Bengal Cultural Association of Ahmedabad, one of the oldest Bengali community organizations in Gujarat. The temple promotes Bengali culture and traditions.Durga Puja, the most important festival is celebrated every year with great devotion. The association organized Ahmedabad’s first Durga Puja over 80 years ago, and in 2022, the temple celebrated its 85th Durga Puja, highlighting its cultural legacy.
