Telangana engineer fails IAS exam, attacks 22 ppl with sword

A 28-year-old software engineer Balvinder attacked and injured 22 people in a sword frenzy today early morning in Telangana. later He was fatally shot by the police.got into an argument with his parents this morning, he grabbed a sword and attacked them. He then rushed out of the house, leaving them unconscious in a pool of blood and started attacking pedestrians. He was reportedly depressed after he failed to crack the civil service exams.
