In a shocking incident, a man was tied to the window of a moving train, stripped to his underwear and beaten mercilessly by three youths just for the sake of drinking water without taking permission. What is more horrific is that the man remained in the same state for distance of as much as 200 KM between Itarsi and Jabalpur station.
