Nirbhaya case : Kejriwal to give juvenile Rs 10,000 to begin new life

Today the horrific and the msot tragic nirbaya rape case completed 3 years and what an irony juvenile convicted in the case will be releasing withing few days from now. To rehabilitate the convict Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal has decided that his government would go ahead and give him Rs 10,000 along with a sewing machine to enable him to open a tailoring shop.
