Patna, March 8: Scams and Lalu Prasad Yadav have been inseparable in the field of politics. Here's RJD's own Lalu Prasad Yadav throwing light over his political experience and the coming Lok Sabha election.

8:05 pm: The country is being sold and everyone from corporates to politicians is involved in this. Speaks of Narendra Modi and internal threat (refer to Gujarat riots) and external threat (China's bunkers along 50 Km of the LoC).

8:11 pm: Corruption is just a mask under which the politicians are exploiting communalism and socialism.

8:13 pm: What do politicians know about the village and agriculture.

8:14 pm: On joining with Nitish Kumar, Lalu said that Nitish joined NDA to dislodge me from power. Otherwise we have been together. Nitish may have joined another party, but Lalu would not join communalism.

Nitish Kumar, Bihar Chief Minister is not a factor. Nitish would not get a single seat her, neither would BJP. It is impossible to join hands with other forces.

8:19 pm: Will always back Congress have been doing that even before UPA I. Sonia Gandhi is the "bahu" (daughter-in-law) of India and has every right to lead the country.

8:24 pm: On asking him for an alternative for the post of Prime Minister among Nitish Kumar, Mamata Banerjee and DeveGowda, Lalu stated his opinion rather aggressively, saying that all of them are a part of a coalition that is bound to rob the country.

8:29 pm: Whatever scam I may have been inked with, the people have been there behind me. Not only Indians, but internationally too people know me. He did not throw any light on the Fodder Scam. "I believe in God and anyone who does injustice to me will get justice in his court."

8:32 pm: 60% of the people in this country are youth. The employment opportunity is going down.

8:35 pm: My party will do well in the Lok Sabha election 2014 even if I am not contesting.

8:38 pm: My relation with media is getting better. Journalists learn from me as I am a communicator too.

8:45 pm: It is an insult to Bihar that people consider it as a state that encourages vast system. It is not so.

8:52 pm: Greeting women on International Women's Day, he said that women should come to the mainstream. They do well as compared to men, true that I was against women reservation in Parliament. But my ideas have changed.

8:57 pm: On reforms in jail, Lalu said that many die in jail. That is not right. Some of them should be given a second chance to reform. Our regulations and legalities have been the greatest hinderances in jail reforms.
