Arvind Kejriwal to Visit Gujarat, 20,000 Booth Volunteers to Take Oath in Ahmedabad and Vadodara

Aam Aadmi Party's Gujarat president Isudan Gadhvi said that the party's national convenor Arvind Kejriwal will be on a three-day visit to Gujarat from January 17 to January 19. He said the visit is not limited to formal events alone, but reflects the Aam Aadmi Party's steadily strengthening organisation in Gujarat, rising public support, and the emergence of a new political force at the grassroots level.

Isudan Gadhvi stated that during the Gujarat tour, Arvind Kejriwal will participate in party workers' conferences and administer oaths to around 20,000 booth-level volunteers and party office-bearers in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. He said this initiative highlights the party's organisational approach, where every worker is given an important role along with clearly defined responsibilities.

He added that on January 18, a Central Zone booth workers' conference will be held in Ahmedabad. More than 9,000 booth volunteers from the Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Kheda and Surendranagar Lok Sabha constituencies will take the oath at the event. The conference is being seen as a major step towards further strengthening the party's organisation by directly engaging workers at the booth level and reinforcing the backbone of the party.

Following this, an East Zone booth workers' conference will be organised in Vadodara on January 19. At this conference, over 9,000 booth volunteers from the Anand, Vadodara, Dahod, Chhota Udaipur and Panchmahal Lok Sabha constituencies will be administered the oath. The participation of such a large number of booth volunteers clearly indicates that the Aam Aadmi Party's presence in Gujarat is steadily deepening.

Large and well-organised programmes at the booth level have become a hallmark of the Aam Aadmi Party's working style. The party believes that a strong organisation begins at the booth level, and when booths are strong, the voice of the people reaches the leadership directly. This is the reason the party is following the same model in Gujarat that helped it gain strength in Delhi and Punjab.
