"We want to tell the world, especially the Chinese communist regime, that Tibetan students are here to carry out issues and struggles. It is not like the Tibetan issue belongs to only one particular person or one particular organization. We feel that it is our responsibility and duty to solve the Tibetan issue and carry out the Tibetan struggle," said Ngawang Lobsang, a Tibetan student.

Protesters said the younger generation would continue with struggle for a free Tibet in a peaceful and non-violent manner.

Tibetan diaspora all over the world are seeking an end to Chinese repression in Tibet, and have staged a wave of protests across the world, especially in Dharamsala, the home of Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama.
