Postal department employees customer dealing techniques

Bareilly, Sep 6 (UNI) The Department of Posts has initiated a scheme to enhance the management and customer dealing skills of its employees.

Addressing a news conference here today, UP circle Chief General Manager (CGM) Neelam Srivastava said the scheme would be launched in collaboration with some training institutes.

Meanwhile, the department had also tied up with the power department and started distribution of electricity bills.

Besides, an agreement had been entered into with a leading private mobile company, under which PCOs would be set-up at rural post offices, she added.
