Mumbai, Sept 28 (UNI) ING Vysya Mutual Fund today launched a new 3-year close ended fund 'Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund(DAAF) with an objective to generate capital appreciation by actively investing in equity and equity related securities.

However, for defensive considerations, the scheme may invest in debt, money market instruments, to the extent permitted under the Regulations, said Ms. Kavita Hurry, MD&CEO of ING Vysya Mutual Fund here. This scheme is rated with a AAA (so) rating by Crisil rating agency.

Briefing the media here today, Ms Hurry said the company's Assets Under Management(AUM) has recently crossed the Rs 5,000 Crore mark.

''This accomplishment can be accredited to the commitment of the entire team in totality. This is just the beginning and we foresee greater things to come. We are growing as an organization and aspire to continue on the growth trajectory,'' said she.

Commenting, Mr Ramanathan K, Head-Fixed Income - ING Vysya Mutual Fund, said ''The DAAF will have a pre-determined floor and multiplier investment cap in both equity and debt segments depending on the time-ranged opportunities''. As the market is becoming more and more volatile, he felt that the company would have a pre-determined rebalancing frequency in switching its portfolios from one segment to others for sustainable benefits to the investors.

There is no exit load and the scheme provides repurchase facility on a quarterly basis at the Applicable NAV given in the repurchase schedule (refer offer document of the scheme). The minimum initial investment is Rs. 5,000 and in multiples of Re 1/- thereafter.
