Fight over burger: Man assaults elder brother, arrested
Washington, Aug 14: Many people have childhood memories over fighting over food and not sharing it with their siblings.
But in western Pennsylvania, two grown up brothers had an ugly spat for not sharing burgers! According to reports, 58-year-old Matthew Veres and 47-year-old Thomas Veres went to McDonald's to have Big Mac burgers.
As big brother Matthew did not save a single burger out of 3 they had bought, Thomas punched him.
News report said that Thomas was so angry that he ransacked the house that they shared in Union Township. He threw the food, knocked down furniture and appliances.
According to AP, Matthew suffered injuries at his right eye, got a cut at his ear and left cheek.
On Wednesday, Aug 12, Thomas was arrested on charges of assault and harassment. He was taken to Washington County jail.
