Georgieva took a local train from Churchgate station.
World Bank CEO Kristalina Georgieva on Tuesday travelled by a local train to inspect the operations of the World Bank-supported suburban rail system in Mumbai.
Georgieva, who arrived in Mumbai on Monday night on her first India visit, took a local train from Churchgate.
According to reports, she also visited Mumbai Rail Vikas Corporation and interacted with senior officials about the various World Bank-funded projects in the city.

She bought a second class suburban train ticket at Churhgate station and got into a ladies compartment.

Georgieva meets Fadnavis
Georgieva also met Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis and discussed about the progress of World Bank funded projects.
