The retest for the exam, which is the gateway for the admission in states medical colleges, was held on July 25. The examination is used to fill up over 3,800 coveted medical seats - around 15 percent of the total.
The students can check the result on the official website cbseresults.nic.in. For checking results, one has to enter one's roll numbers and date of birth.
The Supreme Court had on June 15 scrapped the exam and had ordered to reconduct the exam within four weeks.
The apex court had directed re-examination in the backdrop of large scale cheating in the test with students getting answers in the examination hall at many places.
Though initially CBSE had rejected the idea saying it is not possible to re-conduct the exam but finally the board gave in.
The CBSE had announced stringent measures to deter the use of unfair means in the retest after the apex court's directive.
According to CBSE officials, a total of 6,32,625 candidates were registered for this examination, out of which only 4,22,859 candidates downloaded the admit card.
The examination was conducted at 1,065 centres in 50 cities.
