Kolkata, May 27: Days after his death, actor Ronnie Chakroborty's wife finally broke her silence on Tuesday, May 26. She claimed that it was a cold-blooded murder.
Body of Ronnie, a well-known Bengali actor, was recovered from a water body near his residence at Santoshpur in the southern part of Kolkata on May 16.
His family said he returned home around 1:00 am and went for a bath in the nearby pond. Ten days after his death under mysterious circumstances, Kolkata Police are yet to reveal the real reason of his death.

While his wife claimed that he was murdered, she, however, did not name anyone who according to her might have killed the actor.
Ronnie's family members claimed that he was a decent swimmer, hence, they ruled out the possibility that he could have drowned. However, many people believe that he was under the influence of alcohol when he went to take bath in the pond.
Ronnie is survived by his wife and 6-month-old daughter. The actor was preparing for his daughter's annoprashon (the ritual of feeding a kid solid food for the first time) which was scheduled to be held on May 22.
