Rahul Gandhi is frustrated now: BJP on Congress protest in Lok Sabha

New Delhi, Aug 6: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday, Aug 6 called Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi "frustrated". Speaking about Congress's protest in Lok Sabha, BJP leader Rajiv Pratap Rudy claimed Rahul expressed his frustration while calling the Lok Sabha Speaker "biased".

Rudy said that Rahul calling the speaker Sumitra Mahajan "partial" is uncalled for, unparliamentary and "shows his frustration".

Rahul, for the very first time, was seen in the Well of the House where he demanded for a debate over rising cases of communal. He also called the speaker biased and claimed that only one man's voice is being is heard.

The Congress Vice President was quoted as saying, "We are not being allowed to speak in Parliament. There is a mentally in the government that discussion is not acceptable."

Congress along with its allies in Lok Sabha created a ruckus which led to the adjournment of the house. Lok Sabha was adjourned till 12pm.

Raising slogans and demanding the introduction of the bill against communal violence, the Congress sought a debate on the issue.

However, slamming Rahul Gandhi, Sumitra Mahajan said, "Give examples of specific incidents of communal violence, don't make general statements."
