Ramdev was attacked by the Congress after he showered praises on the BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.
While talking to news channel, Ramdev said, "I am not afraid of CBI or any agency. I am ready to face any probe. I have nothing to hide as I have done no wrong in my entire life. The Congress regime is targeting me since I am exposing it. I have been speaking against the cases of corruption and various scams unearthed during the Congress rule and that's why I am being victimised."
"What has happened to me is only because I have chosen to expose the corrupt practices of the Congress regime," he added.
Ramdev also came down heavily upon the CBI, whom he accused of being controlled and run by the Congress for 'settling scores with its political rivals'.
Yesterday, Ramdev was grilled by the CBI in connection with the disappearance of his guru Swami Shankar Dev, who went missing while taking a morning walk in Haridwar, seven years ago.
Baba Ramdev denies his involvement in the mysterious disappearance of his guru.
Ramdev, who claims innocence and denies his involvement in the mysterious disappearance of his guru, has accused Congress of falsely framing him in the case through the CBI.
Swami Shankar Dev was the founder of Divya Yog Mandir Trust, currently headed by Ramdev who is under scanner for alleged violations in labelling of some of the products of the Trust.
While refuting the allegations of Ramdev, CBI Director Ranjit Sinha said these are baseless.
"We are not concerned with any political party. We are probing the case which has been registered against him in a fair and objective manner," he said.
