12.58 pm: Intelligence Bureau officials have issued an alert warning of terror strikes in New Delhi. The alert comes in the wake of aggression by Pakistan based militants who earlier during the day attacked a BSF convoy in Jammu and Kashmir.

IB officials say that terrorists have upped their ante ahead of the NSA level talks. There is extreme aggression by terrorist groups such as the Lashkar-e-Tayiba and the Hizbul Mujahideen who at the behest of the ISI and Pakistan army will try and disrupt talks.

Alerts have also been sounded at Punjab and all parts of Jammu and Kashmir. In the case of Delhi, IB officials have directed police to be on very high alert.
