Lucknow,Dec 22: Taking cognizance of a media report about pathetic condition of some Indians in Dubai, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj asked Indian embassy to help them.
"I will ask UP Government to register a case against this unscrupulous agent. Our Embassy will help in Dubai," she weeted.
According to a report published in Times of India, over a dozen workers from Uttar Pradesh took shelter in a bus after being duped by a placement agency in Dubai.
These workers were promised highly paid jobs but were left in lurch after landing in Dubai two months ago.
Many of them borrowed money from local money landers to meet the visa and travelling expenses.
